You must know how much we appreciated every detail the artist palate plates for the cheese course, the incredible orchid for Ariel’s hair, and my very own bottle of champagne. The seamlessness with which you and your staff set things up and serviced everything both at the Pecos Monument and the Museum of Fine Art was remarkable."
